John is responsible for all aspects of internal and external operations for NEI. With over 44 years of experience in the Construction and Roofing Industry and 12+ years of experience in the Commercial Solar Industry, John has the expertise to focus on business solutions and scaling opportunities. John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Scranton.

Corey is responsible for all project and construction management for any size job and has the ability to manage lengthy, complicated projects from conception to completion for all field operations. He manages a staff of 40+ skilled technicians in both mechanical and electrical PV installation. Corey’s 12+ years in the commercial solar industry and 25+ years of commercial roofing & general construction experience ensures timely PV installation, execution, OSHA safety & quality. Corey attended Gulf Coast University and studied Engineering & Architecture. He is a licensed roofing contractor and is OSHA 30 Safety Certified.

Darin has nearly 40 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. He has an extensive record of managing personnel and large-scale projects with a deep technical expertise in single-ply and fluid applied roofing systems. Additionally, he is has been involved in commercial roof top and ground mount PV solar installations since 2012. Prior to working at NEI Energy, he was the Director of Technical Services and the Director of Production at a large national commercial roofing company. Darin is also 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certified, as well as Fall Prevention and Protection Supervisor trained.

Justin Heitman is a highly skilled professional with over four years of experience in drone operations, specializing in aerial imaging and data analysis. With expertise in thermal scans, roof inspections, digital terrain and elevation mapping, 3D modeling, orthomosaic mapping, and LiDAR technology, Justin has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results across diverse industries. Adept at utilizing drones for LiDAR data collection and analysis, Justin has provided accurate and detailed data for applications such as infrastructure planning and environmental monitoring. Additionally, he excels in thermal scans, roof inspections, and digital mapping, leveraging advanced image processing techniques to deliver comprehensive reports and precise topographic data. With an unwavering commitment to professionalism and staying abreast of the latest industry advancements, Justin consistently provides cutting-edge solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

Kristin is responsible for office management and accounting for NEI Energy. With over 15 years in the administrative field and 10 years in accounting, Kristin handles the day to day tasks while providing support in all aspects of the company. Bringing her knowledge of process and procedures, she ensures organization and oversight in the office. Kristin attended Front Range Community College where she studied accounting and communications.
